Your data security is important to us – maximum protection to the highest standard!
"As a company, the processing of information is fundamental to our success. The protection and security of this information is a priority at board level. Whether it concerns employee or customer data, we take our obligations under the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) seriously. We have allocated the necessary resources to develop, implement and continuously improve an Information Security Management System (ISMS) appropriate to our organisation."
Data Protection Management System (DPMS)
Our Data Protection Manual sets out our company’s data protection policies, procedures and practices. It helps us to comply with the current data protection laws of the Swiss Confederation, such as the new revDSG of 1 September 2023, as well as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and to ensure that all our activities are in compliance with data protection legislation.
Among other things, our Data Protection Manual sets out how the responsible handling of personal data can be ensured. It also specifies the specific data protection measures applicable to our company. This involves not only the necessary security measures designed to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, but also the definition of responsibilities and tasks relating to comprehensive data protection management within our company.
Compliance with the Data Protection Manual is verified annually through an external audit. (Last audit: November 2025)
